SUMMARY:IB Runs for Mental Health
DESCRIPTION:http://ibunion.dk/wp-content/uploads/2021/08/video-1.mp4\n_ \nIB Runs for Mental Health is this years’ fundraiser.\nIB has a competitive study environment with a strong focus on personal and academic achievements. The students share a motivation and passion for their work. In an environment where performance is the overarching focus\, good physical health is an absolute necessity to ensure excellent academic results. \nWe are truly excited to arrange the first IB Runs and make it a recurring event for future students. The main goal for IB Runs to raise money for a good cause and promote a healthy lifestyle among IB Students. \n\nThe goal of this year’s fundraiser is for IB students to raise a minimum of 10\,000 DKK in donation to the\nDanish mental health NGO\, Psykiatrifonden. \nThe fundraiser will be based in the green areas of Porcelænshaven\, where IB Union will manage the charity run and push everyone to their fullest. \nThere is one route of 3.6 km with four checkpoints circling the outskirts of Frederiksberg have. An IB Union board member will be at each checkpoint to provide water\, snacks\, and any needed assistance that might occur during the run.\nEach runner can decide for themselves whether they want to run a single lap\, or more. At the end of every lap\, you get a stamp on a personal card received before the beginning of the run. \nPrior to the event you will have to register to participate. More information will follow closer to the event date.

DESCRIPTION:The first CBS Padel tournament!\nFor only 160 DKK per person\, you will have around three hours of padel games (with breaks of course).\nThere are limited seats\, so sign up quickly!!\nPrices for the winners will be revealed soon 😉\n_\nThe tournament will happen at Kløvermarksvej 70D – Match Padel København.\nIt will take place Sunday the 26th of September from 15.00 – 18.00. You will need to be there at 14.30 for registration and information.\nEvery participant will receive a free goodiebag with refreshing drinks and proteinbars from our partners.\nIf you don’t have your own racket – don’t worry. You can borrow them for free at Match Padel. Balls will also be provided.\n\n\n\nRules of the tournament:\nThe rules are simple. You will play 32 balls (4 serves each). The winning team moves up\, the losing team moves down. Thereby you will meet a lot of different people who are around the same level as yourself. Both experts and rookies are welcome\, but they won’t be playing against one another. We will explain the rules once again at the tournament are of course available for questions – there no stupid ones!\n_\n*Only for students at Copenhagen Business School\n_

DESCRIPTION:The first IB Padel tournament! Hosted by CBS Padel. \n\n*Only for 1st Year Students at B.Sc. International Business.\n_\nThe idea is\, to have a fun social gathering with our new fellow students. Don’t be afraid if you have never played before ! Most of us won’t have any experience in playing Padel.\n\nThe tournament will happen at Kløvermarksvej 70D – Match Padel København.\nIt will take place Sunday the 26th of September from 11.30 – 14.00.
